Chapter 1: Little Blue Truck
Little Blue Truck is a small, blue truck who works hard and is always willing to help others. One day, he's driving along when he sees a group of animals stuck in the mud. Little Blue Truck immediately stops and helps them out, earning their gratitude.
Example: A small, blue pickup truck drove down the dusty road. It was a hot summer day, and the sun was shining brightly. The truck's engine roared as it approached a group of animals stuck in the mud. The animals had tried to cross a small stream, but the water was too deep and they got stuck. The blue truck stopped and the driver got out. He looked at the animals and smiled. "Don't worry," he said. "I'll help you." The driver got back in the truck and drove it into the mud. He carefully maneuvered the truck around the animals and pulled them out of the mud one by one. The animals were so grateful to the blue truck. They thanked him and went on their way.
Chapter 2: Little Blue Truck Helps His Friends
Little Blue Truck continues to help others throughout the day. He helps a farmer get his hay to market, a construction worker fix a broken bridge, and a group of children get to school.
Example: Little Blue Truck was driving down the road when he saw a farmer on the side of the road. The farmer had a broken-down tractor and couldn't get his hay to market. Little Blue Truck stopped and asked the farmer if he needed help. The farmer said yes, so Little Blue Truck attached the farmer's hay trailer to his truck and pulled it to market. The farmer was so grateful to Little Blue Truck for his help.
Chapter 3: Little Blue Truck Gets Stuck
Later that day, Little Blue Truck gets stuck in the mud. He tries to get out, but he can't. He's about to give up when the animals he helped earlier come to his rescue. They all work together to pull Little Blue Truck out of the mud.
Example: Little Blue Truck was driving down a muddy road when suddenly his wheels got stuck. He tried to get out, but he couldn't. He was stuck! Little Blue Truck was starting to get scared. He didn't know what to do. Suddenly, he heard a noise. It was the animals he had helped earlier. The animals came running over to Little Blue Truck. They all worked together to pull Little Blue Truck out of the mud. Little Blue Truck was so grateful to the animals for their help.
Chapter 4: Little Blue Truck Says Thank You
Little Blue Truck realizes that he couldn't have done it without his friends, and he thanks them for their help.
Example: Little Blue Truck looked at the animals and smiled. "Thank you for helping me," he said. "I couldn't have done it without you." The animals were happy to help Little Blue Truck. They knew that he was a kind and helpful truck, and they were glad to be able to help him.
