All the Bad Guys are villains and criminals who have been sent to the Maximum Security City Jail. The prison warden explains to them that they will now have the opportunity to do some good while serving their sentences. In exchange for their help on a mission, they are promised reduced sentences.

The team of Bad Guys is sent out on their mission to stop the powerful villain known as Dallas Kilphan from stealing nuclear material which could be used for a devastating attack on the city. The bad guys engage in a wild chase, while they become involved in complicated and often humorous obstacles.

The episode culminates with the group of Bad Guys successfully stealing back the nuclear material from Dallas Kilphan and saving the city. However, in the process, they have managed to wreck havoc on the city street, while still earning the respect of the city’s citizens and the admiration of the prison warden.

In Episode 4, the Bad Guys are released from prison as a reward for completing their mission. Although they are now free, they all miss the excitement of their life of crime. When a large robbery is planned in their city, the Bad Guys come together to try and put a stop to it. As the team works together to try and catch the robbers, their old habits resurface and the pursuit leads them on a wild ride through the city.

In the end, the Bad Guys realize that while they may have been released from prison, a life of crime still has its appeal. However, they all also recognize the importance of doing the right thing, and although they can never completely escape their past, they continue to do their best to prevent crime.
