Summary



Chapter One:
The main character in Chapter one of Little First Stickers Halloween is young Carlos, a 6-year-old boy who is excited for Halloween. At the beginning of the chapter, Carlos is seen playing with his new sticker book. He likes to organize the different stickers of cobwebs, cats, and pumpkins. His mom takes him to the store to pick out his Halloween costume, and Carlos is filled with excitement. He finds the perfect outfit – a witch costume with a bright orange cape and a pointy hat. Carlos is also ready to carve pumpkins with his family on Halloween night.

Chapter Two:
In Chapter Two of Little First Stickers Halloween, Carlos and his family head to the Pumpkin Patch to pick out the perfect pumpkins. His dad helps him find the perfect shape and size for carving. When they get home, Carlos and his mom clean the pumpkins and draw spooky faces for them. Carlos is excited to show off his artistic talents. He proudly displays the two pumpkins in the living room, waiting for Halloween night.

Chapter Three:
In Chapter Three of Little First Stickers Halloween, Carlos and his family prepare for the big night. They decorate their house with twinkle lights, skulls, cobwebs, black cats and of course, Carlos’ favorite pumpkin stickers. Carlos is also eagerly waiting to try on his new costume. Later that evening, Carlos and his family go out trick-or-treating. They visit all of their neighbors’ houses, and collect lots of delicious treats. At the end of the evening, Carlos is proud to show off his delicious loot and his spooky costume.

Chapter Four:
In Chapter Four of Little First Stickers Halloween, Carlos and his family start to carve the pumpkins. His dad helps him make the perfect triangle eyes and pointed noses, and Carlos uses his stickers to further decorate the pumpkins. When they are finished carving, Carlos and his family all test out the pumpkins by making scary faces into them. Carlos’ dad is especially grateful for Carlos’ help, and Carlos is proud of his inventive jack-o-lanterns.

Chapter Five:
In the final chapter of Little First Stickers Halloween, the family heads out to the front porch to show off their creations. Stopping to admire them, they are all proud of their work. A group of children from the neighborhood come over to admire the pumpkins too, and Carlos beams with pride. Finally, Carlos retrieves his sticker book from inside and decides to add one last sticker to the pumpkins – a bright, orange witch sticker. It’s a perfect finishing touch to their Halloween scene.
